Meet Tara
Occupational Therapist
Tara Moores (née Fritz) is a passionate Occupational Therapist who joined Switch Rehab to make a meaningful difference in her clients’ lives while continuing to grow clinically within a supportive team. She began her career in community OT in January 2023 and has a strong focus on working with adults with neurological conditions.
Tara works across a range of neurological and physical impairments, with particular interest in neurodegenerative conditions, stroke, and spinal cord injury. She is experienced in (and enjoys) writing FCA, SDA, and SIL reports, and is known for producing comprehensive and well-considered reports. Tara is a strong advocate for her clients and values a collaborative approach, working alongside them to find practical solutions that align with their individual goals. She brings warmth and authenticity into her work, and finds joy in supporting her clients achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Tara enjoys playing video games and reading fantasy novels, attending live music, creating art in various forms, and spending quiet time at home with her cats Reginald and Pixie (and her pet diamond python, Enya). Tara is also completing additional University study in the field of neuroscience with future career goals including research and academia.
