Caitlin is a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist with a wealth of experience and a vibrant approach to care. She began her career in public health and has spent the past four years making a significant impact in the community NDIS/TAC space. Caitlin's clinical interests are diverse, with a strong focus on neurological and physical impairments, particularly Spinal Cord Injury.

At work, Caitlin thrives on helping people set ambitious goals and engaging them in activities that are not only meaningful but also fun. Her philosophy is to "think big" and to inspire her clients to do the same, making every step of their journey as joyful and fulfilling as possible. Outside of work, Caitlin is a snowboarder, rock climber, and netballer. She believes in living life to the fullest and brings that same energy and enthusiasm to her clients.

What's most important to Caitlin is bringing joy and ease into people's lives, sharing a good laugh, and spending time with her office manager, Yuka.
