If you are having difficulty cooking, we can help work out what the challenge is and ways to improve this. This can be a combination of helping you learn new skills, and looking at daily living aids to maximise your independence in the kitchen.

Using Technology
If you’re finding it hard to use technology like your phone, laptop of TV, we can help you work out what the difficulty is and ways around this. This might include helping you practice your skills, or using other devices that make these things easier.

Daily Routine
If you find it difficult to maintain your daily routine, our team can help you work out why this is, and work alongside you to try different strategies to improve this. An example of this might be creating a visual guide to help you remember what you need to do during your routine.

Showering & Dressing
People with physical and neurological injuries may have trouble showering themselves and getting dressed. If this is you, our team can help you determine strategies to improve your ability to do these tasks as independently as possible, including using special equipment if it might help.

Housework
If you have difficulty doing housework such as cleaning, laundry and gardening, and want to improve your independence in these activities, out team can help you break down the steps, see where the difficulty is coming from, and recommend strategies and equipment to help improve your independence.
